Sadhana
Consistency over intensity. Small daily practice creates trust in the body.
The person behind the practice
Yashaswi Pandey founded YogArunyam to make authentic yoga feel approachable: warm, precise, science-aware, spiritually rooted, and never performative.
Training and philosophy
Yashaswi completed B.Sc. Yoga from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Shantikunj, Haridwar. Her teaching brings together asana, pranayama, meditation, yogic psychology, and practical lifestyle rhythm.
The goal is not to impress you with difficult postures. The goal is to help you listen to your body, regulate your breath, and build a practice you can repeat without fear.
Guiding principles
Consistency over intensity. Small daily practice creates trust in the body.
Teaching as service. The class adapts to the person, not the ego of the teacher.
Self-study. Students learn to observe breath, thoughts, posture, and patterns.
Practical wisdom. Tradition is translated into routines that fit real life.
"Yoga should make you feel more at home in your body."
That is the standard every YogArunyam class is built around.
