Can I start if I'm not flexible?

Yes. YogArunyam welcomes complete beginners. Share your experience and comfort level with your teacher, ask for explanations and use modifications where appropriate. Advanced poses are not a requirement for beginning.

What do I need for my first online yoga class?

• A phone or computer with a camera and a stable internet connection.
• Enough space to move comfortably, without nearby obstacles.
• A yoga mat if you have one; ask your teacher about suitable equipment.
• The confirmed meeting link, class time and timezone.

Before your class, check that your device can join the agreed meeting platform. Ask how to position the camera so the teacher can guide you. The platform and any additional equipment should be confirmed when booking.

Should I start with private or group yoga?

Private online yoga offers individual attention and time for questions. A group class offers live guidance in a shared practice. Think about the support you want, your available times and your budget.

What happens during the free introduction?

You meet Yashaswi Pandey online for 15 minutes. Share your general goals and experience, ask about her approach and discuss class choices. It is a conversation, not a full yoga class or medical diagnosis, and it does not require payment.

How do I prepare when I have an injury or health concern?

Discuss relevant exercise restrictions with your healthcare professional and tell your teacher about limitations before starting. You do not need to send medical records through your first enquiry. A yoga class supports wellbeing and does not replace medical care.
